About Latest Robot News

Latest Robot News is an independent trade news platform covering humanoid robotics, core robot components, industrial automation and the commercial deployment of robots in real factories, warehouses, hospitals and homes.

What we do

We read, verify and summarise the primary material of the robotics industry — company announcements, technical datasheets, funding filings, trade-show launches and factory case studies — and publish it in a form an engineer or a buyer can act on in two minutes. We do not publish press releases verbatim, and we do not publish a story without a source we can point to.

What we cover

  • Humanoid robots — new platforms, degrees of freedom, payload, torque, battery life, unit pricing and shipment volumes.
  • Core components — harmonic drives, cycloidal reducers, frameless torque motors, encoders, force/torque sensors, dexterous hands and the supply chain behind them.
  • Industrial automation — welding, palletising, machine tending, AMR/AGV fleets, and the measured ROI of real deployments.
  • Industry and capital — funding rounds, capacity expansion, policy, standards and market data.

Languages

Our reporting is published in English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Japanese. English is the reference edition; translations are edited for technical accuracy rather than translated word for word.

Independence

Editorial content is not for sale. Companies cannot pay to have a news item published, altered or removed, and advertisers have no sight of coverage before publication. Any commercial collaboration is labelled as such. If we ever get something wrong, we correct it in public — see our editorial policy.

Who writes here

Articles are written and reviewed by people who have worked in precision transmission, robot integration or industrial automation — not by a general-assignment desk. Author biographies appear on every article.
